Delivery Policy:

Dispatch time 

  • The GreyGents aims to dispatch every order within 24 hours once the order has been confirmed. 
  • Special orders, such as preorders now may take additional time which will be communicated during the ordering process. 
  • After the order has been dispatched Normally it may take 2-3 working days to deliver to your location.
  • However, there may be any situation where delivery takes more than 3 days due to any technical issues, such as; Bad weather, Law & Order situations etc or in Interior Areas.

  • We process Cash On Delivery orders via Leopard Courier Service / PostEX / Trax Logistics.

Product Information

Most of the GreyGents products displayed at the Site are available while supplies last. The prices shown at the Site are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are valid and effective only in Pakistan.

Colours: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor/LCD/LED, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

 

Wallet Refund & Exchange Policy:

To have a whole new and easy shopping experience at home, the GreyGents provides 7 days wallet refund and exchange policy for you. You can wallet refund or exchange all items except CUSTOMIZED and products on SALE! within 7 days of product receipt.

Unwashed, unworn, wrong or defective items may be Wallet Refund or exchanged for the same/different size, or design, within 7 days from delivery.

Shipping costs to send any non-damaged/wrong items back to the GreyGents is the customer's responsibility. GreyGents will be responsible for return shipping costs on defective/wrong merchandise only. (Rs.200 may apply to Each Product for replacement.)

GreyGents will not accept exchanges for any item that has been washed, dried, damaged, or stained. This includes items that have been damaged or shrunk in a dryer. GreyGents is not responsible for bleeding, damage to print or fading of colours due to washing.  We recommend Hand washing all items in cold water and hang drying to prevent discolouration, print damage and shrinkage. For more details on our washing and caring instructions kindly refer to the tags of your item. 
For an exchange/Wallet refund please mail us at Exchange@GreyGents.com or Return@GreyGents.com with your order no. & reason of exchange/Wallet refund in the subject.

Transaction charges may be applicable. Also please note that this process may take 5-10 working days.

 

GreyGents has full rights to update the exchange and Wallet Refund policy without any prior notice.
